Ashutosh Aman has over 20 years of infrastructure experience, including designing, investing and financing renewables, ports, wastewater, digital infrastructure, student housing, oil & gas and the power sector in the Americas, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Japan, closing 20+ transactions worth over $12 billion in debt and $500 million in equity. His core expertise includes structuring joint ventures and establishing investment platforms, debt and equity structuring & raising, assessing investment opportunities, and leading business development.
Ashutosh started his infrastructure investment career at HSBC, where he structured complex debt financing for projects and acquisitions primarily covering Infrastructure, O&G, and Power in the Americas. After HSBC, Ashutosh established Lendlease’s investment management platform focusing on digital infrastructure in the US, was a Managing Director at Alma Global Infrastructure, an infrastructure investment management firm based in New York, and founded InfraCap, an infrastructure investment management and advisory firm.
Ashutosh holds an MBA in finance & private equity from London Business School, an MS in Environmental Engineering from University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from IIT Kanpur.
Raju is an ACA-qualified M&A and corporate development professional with 11 years’ experience advising on and executing transactions across a range of sectors, including Education, TMT, Consumer and Infrastructure. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the execution of 60+ M&A deals, alongside capital raises exceeding £250m+, bringing a strong track record across investment analysis, deal execution, capital raising and strategic growth.
He started his career at PwC, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, accounting and M&A advisory. Over the past four years, Raju has served as VP of M&A at GEDU, a global education platform, where he has played a key role in the group’s acquisition strategy, transaction execution and capital raising activity, supporting the expansion of its international education portfolio.
